Olwyn delaney

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Olwyn held senior leadership roles in 2 major multinational organisations and a tech start-up. As a corporate leader, her passion was found in understanding human behaviour and the development of others. Her interest became a career path through her qualifications and coaching practice. She discovered she could support people to change in ways that made real and positive differences in their lives, and in the lives of those around them.

A nurturer at heart, Olywn cares resolutely about her clients' lives and the interconnected accomplishments they can realise together. Through harnessing her accredited coaching qualifications and personal life experience, she hand clients their potential and challenge them to accelerate to meet it in order to bring meaningful change to their lives, careers and the teams that they lead.

Olwyn qualified with distinction in Executive Coaching from the UCD Smurfit Business School, she is EQ-i & EQ 360 certified and an EMCC accredited Master Practitioner. Just as leaders must continuously evolve to stay relevant in today's workplace, so too must a coach. Alongside her coaching practice, she is currently back at Smurfit undertaking a Masters Degree in Business and Executive Coaching.
